The School and Role
We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Salford from September.
Working within the Early Years Foundation Stage, you will support children as they develop socially, emotionally and academically through engaging play-based learning.
You will work closely with the class teacher to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships with young children and wants to make a lasting difference during their early learning journey.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in an EYFS, nursery or primary school setting.
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
