£168 - £232 per day (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and the Role
Vision for Education is recruiting an experienced Teacher of Computing to join a secondary school near MediaCityUK in Salford.
The school requires a confident and experienced Computing teacher who can start as soon as possible and take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging Computing lessons across the secondary age range.
The role is initially required until October half term, with the potential to extend beyond this point.
Due to the immediate requirements of the school, this position is not suitable for an ECT. Applicants should have previous experience teaching Computing in a UK secondary school and be confident taking responsibility for classes from the outset.
Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have recent experience teaching Computing in a UK secondary school
- Have strong subject knowledge and be confident delivering the Computing curriculum
- Be able to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be available to start as soon as possible
- Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service - this is essential due to the immediate start
- Be able to provide suitable references and have the Right to Work in the UK
