Vision for Education is recruiting passionate Secondary Teachers, Qualified Teachers (QTS), and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work in a range of welcoming and well-regarded secondary schools. We have full-time, part-time, long-term, and permanent teaching opportunities across a variety of subject specialisms.

You’ll be joining supportive schools that are committed to delivering high-quality education, promoting positive behaviour, and helping every student achieve their full potential. As a Secondary Teacher, you’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons within your subject specialism, inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5 where applicable), assess and monitor pupil progress, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues to ensure students are supported both academically and personally.

Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet the Below)

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification
  • Have recent experience teaching in a school setting
  • Be able to plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
  • Be able to provide suitable references, hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS, and have the Right to Work in the UK
