- Must have strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging PE lessons
- Ability to motivate, inspire and engage pupils across the secondary age range
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification is desirable
