Vision for Education are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming secondary school for a Teacher of English in Preston, Lancashire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to secure a role in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
The successful Teacher of English will start in September 2026, covering a full academic year maternity leave on a long-term temporary basis.
As a Teacher of English, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Encourage a love of literature and language in all learners
- Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the national curriculum
- Support pupils of varying abilities to reach their full potential
