Vision for Education are seeking a motivated and engaging Year 4 Teacher to join a well regarded primary school in the Peterborough area for the Autumn term only beginning in September 2026. This role offers a valuable opportunity to join a team of experienced and hard working teachers, supporting young learners as they grow, explore, and develop new skills. This is a full-time, maternity cover post.
About the role
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching
- Work collaboratively within the Key Stage 2 team
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Plan and deliver engaging, enriching and inclusive learning opportunities
- Build strong relationships with pupils and parents
To be considered for the role of Year 4 Teacher you will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (ECT's are welcome to apply)
- Full enhanced DBS clearance (we can support with obtaining this if needed)
- Two referees that we can approach for references to support your recent teaching employment
- A passion for providing quality education
- Recent experience teaching within a Primary School
- Excellent communication, time keeping and organisational skills
