Vision for Education is looking for an enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join a friendly primary school in Peterborough, starting in October 2026 and continuing until March 2027.

The role
As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you'll take responsibility for a lively and enthusiastic class, delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, confidence and a genuine love of learning.
You'll work alongside a supportive team of teachers and teaching assistants to maintain high expectations, celebrate progress and make sure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Assessing pupil progress and using feedback to move learning forward
- Maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour
- Working closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to support pupils of all abilities
- Building positive relationships with parents and the wider school community
What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
- Have strong and positive classroom management skills
- Are enthusiastic, organised and committed to delivering high-quality teaching
- Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to wider school life

Salary
£140 - £232 per day, dependent on experience, training and qualifications.
