Vision for Education are currently looking for a part-time Primary PPA Teacher to work 3 days per week at a primary school in Peterborough. The role starts in September 2026 and involves covering PPA sessions across the whole school (EYFS - Year 6). This role is suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers. It aims to boost staff work-life balance by providing additional non-contact time for lesson planning, preparation, and subject leadership.

The Primary PPA Teacher will cover PPA sessions across the whole school (EYFS - Year 6) and support class teachers during planning time. This position is ideal for candidates who are flexible and collaborative, and who can contribute to a positive teaching environment.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Recent experience of working with primary school aged children
  • Full DBS clearance
  • Two references to support recent teaching employment
