The Role
- Deliver lessons across multiple subjects, following existing schemes of work
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
- Maintain high standards of student behaviour and engagement
- Support learning for students across KS3 and KS4
- Assist with exam preparation, assessments, and classroom administration
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure smooth lesson handoversi>
- Gain experience across different schools, departments, and educational settings
This role allows experienced teachers to make a direct impact on student learning while enjoying flexible working arrangements.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent teaching experience across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Confidence delivering lessons in multiple subjects (general cover experience is advantageous)
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- Ability to adapt to new schools and teaching environments
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
