General Supply Teacher – Supply & Long-Term Opportunities
Pay: £130 - £261.78 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Flexible supply, short-term and long-term roles
Location: Local secondary schools and multi-academy trusts
Start: September 2026
About the role
Vision for Education are working with a large network of secondary schools and multi-academy trusts and are currently recruiting qualified Teachers due to exceptionally high demand.
We are extremely busy — meaning consistent opportunities, regular bookings, and long-term stability for the right teachers.
This role is ideal for teachers confident delivering across KS3 and KS4 and able to build positive classroom routines quickly.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Maintain positive behaviour and clear classroom expectations
- Adapt to different school environments and follow school policies
- Work collaboratively with staff to support pupil progress
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching secondary aged pupils
- Passion for progress and attainment
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff
