The School and Role
A vibrant First school situated in the Newcastle area is seeking to appoint a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join their Early Years and After School Club team. The successful candidate will be mainly based within a busy Nursery class, working closely with teaching staff to support the delivery of engaging and creative learning opportunities. This role will also include supporting with the After School Club and the working hours will be 08:15am-17:45pm, Monday - Friday. Only applications from Qualified EYFS Assistants are welcomed for this position.
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience of working within Early Years.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hold a Level 3 qualification or above in supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
