The School and Role

A Primary School based in Newcastle Upon Tyne are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and experienced Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team. The successful candidate will be working within a Year 6 classroom and must be knowledgeable of the Upper KS2 curriculum, deliver engaging lessons and provide differentiated learning. This is a part-time role, working afternoons only, 12:30pm-15:30pm, Monday - Friday. This is a long term role, with potential to turn permanent.

Requirements

• Experience of teaching within KS2.
• An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• The ability to plan and deliver differentiated learning.
• An excellent understanding of how to support pupils with SEND.
