As a Teacher of English, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across KS3 and KS4, adapting teaching to meet the needs of learners of all abilities. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who are passionate about raising achievement and sharing best practice. This full-time, long-term role offers stability for the full academic year and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Successful Teacher of English Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised UK teaching qualification
- Experience teaching English at secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A commitment to raising attainment and inspiring a love of English
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
