Teaching Assistant (Full-Time, Temporary)

The School and Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming primary school in Manchester. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing within a positive and inclusive school environment.
Working closely with class teachers, you will support pupils across the primary age range, helping to create engaging learning experiences and encouraging every child to achieve their full potential. You will build positive relationships with pupils, promote confidence and independence, and contribute to a nurturing classroom environment where children can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
Requirements
- Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN, SEND, ASC, ADHD or SEMH needs
- Be patient, adaptable and nurturing in their approach
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Be passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential
- Be able to work effectively as part of a school team
