Salary: £95 - £115 per day (Salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Vision for Education are currently seeking passionate Learning Support Assistants to work in our client secondary schools in Lincoln. Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers wherever necessary when conducting lessons, including helping to set up at the start of the day.
  • Helping to ensure that the classroom is safe at all times and facilitates student development.
  • Providing academic and behavioural support to students to aid their progress.
  • Providing valuable feedback to teachers about student progress.

Requirements:

  • Hold or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
  • A passion for working with young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a school setting (advantageous but not a necessity).
