Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Louth, Lincolnshire Full/part-time, temporary £31,650-£43,606 per annum (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications and will be discussed at point of registration) September 2026
Vision for Education are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and flexible Early Career Teacher (ECT) to work in our welcoming client schools across Louth and the surrounding areas.
We have a variety of long-term opportunities available on both a full-time and part-time basis to suit your experience and availability.
This role is ideal for teachers at the beginning of their teaching career who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience while completing or continuing their Early Career Framework (ECF).
We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers and are committed to helping you build confidence and develop your skills in supportive school environments.
Opportunities are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with both long-term and day-to-day supply roles available.
Requirements
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be due to achieve QTS before the start of the role.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Have a passion for inspiring and engaging pupils across the primary age range.
- Be confident planning and delivering creative, inclusive lessons.
- Be willing to teach across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
- Hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check and register it on the Update Service.
- Be a committed and professional member of our supply team.
