We are looking for a compassionate, resilient and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary provision in North Finchley that supports children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school provides a nurturing and highly structured environment for pupils who have found mainstream education challenging, helping them to rebuild confidence, develop positive relationships and re-engage with learning.
With small class sizes and a child-centred approach, the school places a strong emphasis on emotional wellbeing, therapeutic support and creating positive outcomes for every pupil. Staff work closely together to ensure each child receives the individual support they need to thrive both academically and personally.
This educator is required to support the specialist Needs Coach in planning and delivering interventions in the classroom and all relevant activities.
