Vision for Education Ltd is hiring a caring and resilient Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a large specialist provision in West Drayton (UB7).

The role focuses on SEMH and SEND support, working with Key Stage 2/3 pupils with a strong emphasis on behaviour and academic progress.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group assistance, support positive behaviour, and collaborate with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff.
