Vision for Education Lincolnshire is hosting a series of Summer Recruitment Open Days across Lincolnshire, giving you the opportunity to meet our friendly team and find out more about the exciting opportunities available in education. Whether you're an experienced Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, Nursery Practitioner, Early Career Teacher (ECT), Education Support Worker, or you're looking to take your first step into a career in education, we'd love to meet you.
Our Open Days are an informal opportunity to discuss flexible supply work, long-term placements and permanent opportunities within local primary, secondary and SEND schools. No appointment is required - simply drop in at a time that suits you between 9:00am and 3:00pm.

Requirements:
To be considered for work with Vision for Education, you will:
- Have a passion for supporting children and young people in their education and development.
- Hold relevant qualifications and/or experience for the role you are interested in, or have transferable skills from a related background.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic, with the flexibility to work across a range of primary, secondary and SEND settings.
- Be committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, safeguarding and teaching and learning.
- Hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered to the Update Service.
- Be able to provide suitable references covering your employment and/or education history.
Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
