- Overview
Vision for Education seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, flexible and supportive Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to work in our client schools across Lincoln and surrounding areas.
We offer roles beginning in February and throughout the term on a full or part‑time basis to suit your experience and availability.
The ideal candidate holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification and is passionate about supporting young children during the critical early stages of their education.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to work within nurturing Early Years settings, supporting pupils’ learning, development and well‑being alongside experienced teaching staff.
Requirements
- Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
- Have experience supporting children within an EYFS setting.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- Hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check and be registered to the Update Service.
- Show commitment, drive and enthusiasm to support the highest possible standard of teaching and learning.
- Be a dedicated and committed member of our supply team.
