Are you a caring, patient and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across supportive and inclusive primary and secondary schools in Leeds.
We work with a range of schools seeking committed individuals to support pupils in the classroom, on a 1:1 basis, and in small groups. Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable, as many of our schools require additional support for pupils with a range of needs.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils' learning, wellbeing and development within the classroom.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils who require additional help
- Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence and independence
- Supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required
- Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources
- Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create an inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and other school staff to support pupil progress

Requirements
To be considered for this Teaching Assistant role, you will:
- Have recent experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school, childcare or youth setting
- Be confident supporting pupils individually and in small groups
- Have a calm, patient and positive approach
- Be passionate about supporting children's learning and development
