SMART Teachers is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Hounslow from September 2026.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, helping pupils reach their full potential both academically and socially. You’ll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, assisting with classroom activities, supporting individual pupils and small groups, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment.
