Vision for Education is looking for a patient Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with a child with SEND in a Horsham school. You will help the pupil access the curriculum, stay regulated and build confidence in the classroom.
You'll adapt tasks and resources to suit the pupil, follow strategies in their EHCP or support plan, and work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress. This role offers excellent daily PAYE rates and opportunities for CPD.
