Join our team of Higher Level Teaching Assistants at Vision for Education and become an integral part of our client schools in and around Hull. As a dedicated HLTA, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing student growth through one-on-one and group support, as well as whole-class teaching opportunities and opportunities to collaborate with teachers to facilitate lesson planning and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachersin preparing and organising educational resources.
- Whole-class teachingacross the key stages in primary school
- Enhance student learning experience byassisting with lesson delivery and setting upfor the day.
- Provide valuable insights to teachersregarding student progress and development.
- Contributeto adapting teaching strategies based on student feedback.
- Bea supportive presenceduring breaktimes.
Requirements:
- Be willing to apply for anEnhanced DBScheck on the Update Service
- A realpassionfor working with young people
- Excellentcommunicationskills
- Recentteaching experience
- Level 4 qualifiedor higher.
