Vision for Education is working in partnership with a Junior School in Northfleet to appoint a positive and dedicated HLTA. We are looking for someone special who is passionate about providing high-quality support to children to ensure that they are safe, thrive and achieve their full potential.

We are looking for a HLTA who can;

  • Use teaching and learning objective to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons/plans as appropriate to respond to the needs of the pupils and deliver exceptional learning experiences

  • Support in assessing and documenting children’s progress, fostering a learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of their ability

  • Assist in creating a vibrant classroom setting and create appropriate and stimulating learning resources to enhance children’s learning

  • Actively contribute to wider school life and understand the importance of being part of a wider school community

  • Display high level of professionalism and integrity, and promote and safeguard the welfare of all children in line with the school’s safeguarding procedures

  • Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification, or the willingness to work towards one, essential

  • GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent)

  • An enhanced DBS

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
