Vision for Education is working in partnership with a Junior School in Northfleet to appoint a positive and dedicated HLTA. We are looking for someone special who is passionate about providing high-quality support to children to ensure that they are safe, thrive and achieve their full potential.
We are looking for a HLTA who can;

Use teaching and learning objective to plan, evaluate and adjust lessons/plans as appropriate to respond to the needs of the pupils and deliver exceptional learning experiences

Support in assessing and documenting children’s progress, fostering a learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of their ability

Assist in creating a vibrant classroom setting and create appropriate and stimulating learning resources to enhance children’s learning

Actively contribute to wider school life and understand the importance of being part of a wider school community

Display high level of professionalism and integrity, and promote and safeguard the welfare of all children in line with the school’s safeguarding procedures

Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification, or the willingness to work towards one, essential

GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent)
