SEND Teaching Assistant (Full-time, Temporary)

£462.80 - £475 per week (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
A Primary School situated in the Hexham area are looking to employ a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team and offer support in the school's SEND provision with children in KS1 and KS2. The successful candidate will have previous experience of supporting pupils with additional needs and be confident in tailoring learning to ensure all children can achieve to a high standard. This role is set to commence ASAP and continuing on a long-term basis if all goes well.
Requirements
- Experience of working across KS1 - KS2.
- Experience of supporting children with SEND.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A calm and approachable manner.
