Primary Teacher (Full Time, Temporary)

The School and Role

We are looking for a PPA teacher to work in primary school in Hexham. This full-time role is set to begin October 2026 until July 2027.

Working as part of an established Primary team, the desired Teacher will take responsibility for covering across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. The role will involve full class teaching responsibilities, including planning and delivering engaging lessons, preparing pupils for SATs, assessing progress, and contributing to the wider life of the school.

The school is part of a well-regarded multi-academy trust, and as the main supplier to the trust, Vision for Education has a strong and established relationship with the setting. The school offers a supportive leadership team, excellent facilities, and a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

The desired Primary Teacher will have;

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • QTS within the UK
