SMART Teachers is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Hammersmith & Fulham from September 2026.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, helping pupils reach their full potential both academically and socially. You'll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff, assisting with classroom activities, supporting individual pupils and small groups, and contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment. Every day offers the chance to gain practical classroom experience, making this an ideal role for graduates considering a future in teaching or another child-focused profession.
