The School and Role
Vision for Education is recruiting a motivated and driven Nursery Teaching Assistant to work on a part-time basis at a school in Gateshead (NE40) from as soon as possible. The Nursery Teaching Assistant appointed for this role will be working on a 1:1 basis to support a child who has an EHCP, and the role will be every afternoon of the week (Monday - Friday, 12:30-15:30). There may be elements of personal care required for this role. This is a school where children are enabled to reach their full potential, and which creates an atmosphere of respect.
Requirements
The desired EYFS Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
