Vision for Education Ltd. is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support children and young people with SEND in Blackburn: both in mainstream and alternative provision settings. Roles offer flexible day-to-day work or longer-term positions starting from September 2026 across Blackburn.
You will assist with 1:1 and small-group support, work with pupils with autism, ADHD and SEMH, and help develop social, emotional and communication skills while implementing learning plans and behaviour strategies.
