Position: Female Pe Teacher

Smart Teachers are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Female PE Teacher to join a successful secondary school in East London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is looking to inspire students and contribute to a positive and engaging Physical Education department.
The successful candidate will be joining a supportive school environment with a strong focus on student development, wellbeing, and achievement. The school is looking for someone who can deliver high-quality PE lessons while encouraging students of all abilities to participate, develop confidence, and enjoy physical activity.
The Role:
- Teaching Female PE across Key Stages 3 and 4
- 6th Form Core PE Lessons
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that motivate and challenge students
- Encouraging participation, teamwork, and a positive attitude towards sport and fitness
- Supporting students' progress through effective assessment and feedback
- Working collaboratively with the PE department and wider school team
- Contributing to extracurricular sporting activities where required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Physical Education
- Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A committed and professional approach to teaching
