Caring, patient and empathetic individuals.
People who are passionate about supporting children with SEND.
Candidates with experience in schools, childcare, care or specialist settings.
Individuals who are reliable, adaptable and confident working as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications and previous SEND experience are beneficial, depending on the role.
