In this role you will work with the most vulnerable students, advancing their education in lessons and in wider school life. For children and young people with SEND and medical needs, the level of care and education must go above and beyond., To be considered for the role of English Teacher you will:

  • Have a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

  • Have an enthusiastic and motivated attitude

  • Have full UK QTS specialising in English

  • Be able to plan and teach up to GCSE level

  • An enhanced Child & Adult workforce DBS that is on the update service. Or willingness to apply for one through us.

  • Excellent daily rates paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system. (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration.)

  • Guaranteed pay scheme (subject to availability and qualifying criteria).

  • Pension contributions (subject to a qualifying period).

  • Full compliance with AWR (Agency Workers’ Regulations), to make sure you get the pay and working conditions you are entitled to.
