Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 8-16 at an independent specialist school in Middlesbrough. The role targets students who have been excluded from mainstream education and often present with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs, including Autism or ADHD.
You will work in small classes and 1:1 settings, applying behaviour management to help pupils overcome learning barriers and re-engage with education.
