Vision for Education are currently recruiting for an Early Years Teacher in Blackpool, Lancashire on behalf of a supportive and forward‑thinking primary school. This full‑time Early Years Teacher role is due to begin in September 2026 and will continue for the entirety of the 2026/27 academic year to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Early Years Teacher to teach a Reception class within a caring and inclusive school environment. The Role
The successful Early Years Teacher will take full teaching responsibility for a Reception class, delivering engaging and creative lessons that support pupils academically, socially and emotionally. The school are looking for an Early Years Teacher who can create a stimulating classroom environment, maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement, and build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
This role will include:
- Planning and delivering lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Assessing, tracking and monitoring pupil progress
- Creating an inclusive learning environment where all children can succeed
- Working collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders
- Encouraging pupil confidence, independence and enjoyment of learning
The ideal Early Years Teacher will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to high standards of teaching
- Have a positive and nurturing approach to learning
- Be suitable for ECTs looking for a supportive first teaching role
