Who I want to hear from:
- CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified — OR working toward it — OR simply brilliant with under-fives and ready to learn
- Paediatric first aid or a childcare qualification is a bonus, not a must
- Enthusiasm and reliability come first
