Cover Supervisors are suitably trained school staff who supervise pupils carrying out pre-prepared classes when teaching staff are on short-term absence. The Cover Supervisor's main job is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set. The role would be perfect for anyone looking to gain experience before applying for a teaching qualification. Full time and part time supply opportunities available.
You will be confident and enthusiastic, with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of young people and fellow colleagues.
Requirements- Have experience working with young people
- Have a high level of literacy and numeracy
- Have excellent behaviour management skills

- Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration)
