Coversupervisor - York
Join a leading education provider to work as a Coversupervisor.
Salary: £100 - £120 per day, depending on experience and/or qualifications.
Start date: September 2026 (or sooner).
This Secondary School is looking for a passionate Coversupervisor to work as part of their established team. The successful candidate will work with KS3 and KS4 pupils across a range of subjects. This full‑time role is a long‑term contract and could potentially become permanent.
Requirements
- Have a degree or relevant experience working with young people.
- Be confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour.
- Be adaptable, organised, and reliable.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be passionate about working with young people and supporting their learning.
- Be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
Experience working in a school setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
