Vision for Education is recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools within the Advanced Learning Partnership (ALP).
Bishop Barrington Academy - Dene Academy - Durham Academy - Greenfield Academy - Hummersknott Academy - Parkside Academy - Staindrop Academy - Whitworth Park Academy - Wolsingham School
Demand is exceptionally high, with a substantial and increasing volume of day-to-day, short-term and long-term cover requirements. As the MSP for ALP, all supply requirements come to Vision for Education first. Register now so you can be considered for new opportunities as they arrive.
The Role
You will supervise pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects, maintain positive behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged with their learning. Assignments may be day-to-day, short-term or long-term.
Requirements
- Experience working with secondary-aged pupils or young people.
- Confidence leading a classroom independently.
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable, flexible and professional approach.
