Vision for Education Ltd. is seeking a warm and dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team in Chichester. You will work with students in the classroom and in small groups, plus provide 1:1 assistance to help them engage with learning and develop confidence.
Many students have EHCPs, SEND, SEMH, autism or ADHD. You will use behaviour management to support emotional regulation and learning in a supportive, trusting environment.
