Are you a qualified Early Years professional looking for a flexible role where you can make a real difference? Vision for Education is recruiting an Early Years Educator to support a welcoming primary school nursery provision in Coleford. This temporary bank role offers the chance to work within a dedicated Early Years team, supporting children through play, exploration and structured learning opportunities.
As an Early Years Educator, you will help provide high-quality care and education for children across the nursery, supporting their development through engaging activities and positive interactions. You will be responsible for helping children develop confidence, communication skills and independence while ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Supporting children through daily nursery routines
- Encouraging learning through play
- Helping children develop communication and social skills
- Supporting children with SEND where required
- Creating engaging activities based around the EYFS framework
- Working closely with colleagues and families
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
- Experience working within an EYFS setting
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- A passion for supporting young children's development
- Strong teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
