WE'RE HIRING - SEND LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (LSA)
Location: Colchester, Essex
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for caring, patient and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a supportive school in Colchester.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND
- Support pupils with learning, communication and behavioural needs
- Help children develop confidence, independence and social skills
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO
- Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable
- A patient, caring and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
Location: Colchester, Essex
Hours: Full-time / Part-time opportunities
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience
