Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential? We're currently recruiting for a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Colchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is committed to supporting their learning, confidence, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
The Role

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across the primary age range

Support children with their learning and classroom activities

Help pupils develop confidence, independence and positive relationships

Provide additional support to children with SEN and additional needs

Assist with emotional and behavioural regulation

Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons

Work closely with teachers and the wider support team

Adapt activities and resources to meet individual pupils' needs
-
Promote an inclusive, safe and nurturing learning environment

Support pupils both inside and outside the classroom

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, term-time only
