Primary Teaching Assistant - Colchester
Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a Primry Teaching Assistantto join a welcoming school in Colchester.

The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils across the classroom and help create a positive, engaging learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging activities
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
- Helping pupils stay focused and engaged with their learning
- Supporting children with their social and emotional development
- Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation
- Encouraging positive behaviour and following the school's behaviour policies
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive and welcoming classroom environment
Requirements
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience working with children or young people
- Is enthusiastic, reliable and approachable
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Is confident supporting children with different learning needs
- Is passionate about education and helping children succeed
- Can work effectively as part of a team
- Holds, or is willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS
Previous experience working in a school or education setting is desirable, but not essential.
