The Role
- Supervise classes during teacher absences and deliver pre-set work.
- Manage classroom behaviour and keep students engaged.
- Support a positive learning environment and ensure lessons run smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- Confident communication and classroom management skills.
- A positive, adaptable attitude and a passion for education.
- Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
