Vision for Education is recruiting a compassionate Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in the Cheltenham area. The role focuses on supporting pupils with complex needs, autism, communication difficulties and sensory needs, often on a 1:1 basis or within a classroom team.
You will work closely with teachers to follow individual learning plans, support communication, social development and emotional regulation, and help pupils build independence and life skills.
