About the Role
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and other support staff to help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting pupils with their learning and development
- Working with individuals and small groups of children
- Helping teachers prepare classroom activities and resources
- Providing encouragement and support to pupils throughout the school day
- Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive and welcoming classroom environment
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
Requirements

- Passionate about working with children
- Reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking
- Patient and approachable
- Able to communicate effectively with children and adults
- Willing to learn and develop their skills
- Previous experience working with children is beneficial.
