SEND Teaching Assistants to work across welcoming schools in Chelmsford.

What will you be doing?
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll be an important part of a pupil's school experience. You'll:
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support.
- Help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
- Support children with a range of SEND needs.
- Build confidence, independence and positive relationships.
- Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
