SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Chelmsford
We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school in Chelmsford.
The role:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND
- Help pupils access learning and develop their confidence
- Support students with additional needs, including behavioural, communication and learning difficulties
- Work closely with teachers, SENCO and other support staff
- Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school/SEND setting
- Is patient, compassionate and reliable
- Has excellent communication skills
- Can build positive relationships with pupils
- Is passionate about helping children reach their full potential
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Position: SEND Learning Support Assistant
Hours: Full-time / Part-time opportunities available
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
