Through our tailored training programme and paid school placements, you will gain the knowledge, confidence and practical experience needed to become a successful Teaching Assistant.
The Role
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to engage with learning, build confidence and achieve their potential. Following a successful interview and completion of safeguarding, suitability and identity checks, we will work with our partner schools to secure you a paid placement. You'll receive high-quality training and ongoing support from experienced education professionals throughout your journey.

We're Looking For People Who:

Requirements
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service
